The facility maintains on-site resources and a structured call-based coverage model to ensure continuous availability for newborn evaluations and related procedures. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in support of the newborn service line.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage at a rural inpatient facility in Indiana on an on-site basis. Clinical responsibilities are limited to newborn care, including attendance at C-sections, performance of circumcisions, and completion of newborn evaluations and discharge planning. No inpatient admissions are required as part of this assignment.
