⚠ Clinical Requirement

Physicians must be comfortable seeing:
• Inpatient pediatric patients
• Adult patients in the same setting

📋 Required for Presentation (Must Be In Hand)

✔ Active Michigan license
✔ Board Certification
✔ Active DEA
✔ CSR (if required by state)
