Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity – OR
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7a–7a
Coverage Need: 3 weeks per month (open to 2 providers splitting coverage)
Response Time: Must be within 20–30 minutes of the facility

Responsibilities:
• Rounding and discharge of newborn patients
• Emergency newborn coverage if called in
• Inpatient setting
• Approx. 1 patient per shift
• 8-bed department
• Peds Level I Trauma
• EMR: Epic

Skills Required:
• Non-invasive ventilation management (NeoPuff)
• Intubation (ETT/NT)
• UVC placement
• Needle pneumothorax
• X-ray interpretation

Requirements:
• Board Certified
• Active Oregon license required
• DEA required
• BLS & NRP required

Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90–120 days.
