Start Date: December 1, 2026
Contract Length: December 1, 2026–January 1, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Scheduled clinical hours only.

• Inpatient Pediatric Ophthalmology coverage
• Board Certification required
• Fellowship training preferred
• Cerner EMR
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

Active Texas License & DEA Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
