Pediatric Otolaryngology Physician Needed in Portland, OR

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (clinic) 8:30am-4pm (surgical center), 5pm-8am (night call), 24hr call (8am-8am). 1 week per month. Lunch 1 hour. Provider will work in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Surgical Center on Thursday's.

We will consider providers who need to obtain their OR license or are in process. Please note this process needs to start ASAP to ensure they start on time.* *Please review the practice description for percentage of Peds and Adult breakdown*

ADDITIONAL DETAILS Provider will work in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Surgical Center on Thursday's. They will be on call while they are in clinic which is apart of their regular hourly work. After that they will be on night call from 5pm-8am the next day. Weekend call would be 8am-8am. Call is done via an app on their phone. They would take ED and established patient call. Provider's will need to be privileged at Providence Newberg for call only. Providence St. Vincent will be clinic and call work. Evaluation of NICU airway required. Interviews will be with the physician leader who is mainly available on Tuesdays between 1-2pm PST. It will be a teams interview. Please list in the bid presentations if this availability will work for your provider or if another time will need to be accommodated.
