Specialty: Peds Pulmonology
Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (90-115 days from accepted offer)
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 5 8 hour day shifts. Approximately 10 hours/week will be spent in the outpatient clinic, the other will be doing inpatient consults. 30 of 40 hours in inpatient, remaining 10 approximately in outpatient.
Schedule: 8a-5p
Call requirements: Must be available for both weeknight and weekend call. Callback is very rare (0-4x/year that they are ever physically called in). no phone calls.
Interview process: Preliminary video interview with the Chair and Vice Chair. Providers that are not local will be flown in to interview in person with the Chair/other leadership.
Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 weeks/month. 40 hour week working both in the outpatient clinic and inpatient.
• Patients per day: 8-10 in outpatient clinic; 1-4 over in inpatient (patients coming out of PICU)
• Patient population/age: Pediatrics
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital bed size: 671
• Skills required: 2 years experience. BC (ABP) in Pediatric Pulmonology

• 6 months + option to extend
