Locums Peds Radiologist Needed in Louisville, KY

Job description

Pediatric Radiologist – Ongoing Locums / Perm-Eligible

• Start: ASAP (90–120 days credentialing)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p (full time preferred; part-time considered but must take night/weekend call)
- Saturday and Sunday 8a-2p reading and procedure call until 8a the next morning.
- Weeknight procedure call 5p-8a

Call back paid by the hour. (1 hour guaranteed for call back)
• Contract: Ongoing
• Volume: Approximately 80–120 pediatric studies per day
• Patient Population: Ages 0–17
• Setting: 300-bed teaching hospital with strong onsite support
• Modalities: Heavy plain films and ultrasound; CT and MRI body; CT Neuro required for weekend coverage
• Nuc Med, PET, and fetal imaging experience a plus
• EMR: Epic
• PACS: McKesson
• Dictation: PowerScribe
• Call: Night and weekend call required

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years)
• Pediatric training with recent pediatric experience required
• KY and IN licenses required (IMLC candidates accepted)
• New graduates considered
