Remote Pediatric Radiologist needed for Dallas TX | Licensing Opportunity |

Specialty: Pediatric Radiology
Full time only, (4 weeks per month)
Start Date: asap – ongoing
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-5p, have an inpatient unit, but no emergency room. (can be remote or onsite). Must be able to work 5 days per week and available full time.
Schedule: Mon-Fri)

Work Details:
• Support staff: 4 FTE docs, one part-time (4 radiologists with MSK radiology fellowship training and 1 radiologist with pediatric radiology fellowship training, all modality techs on staff. RN’s also that staff. MRI with anesthesia. MSK cases comprise about 80% of the work here.
• Department description: The Department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including a 3T Philips Ingenia and 3T and 1.5T GE magnets, Philips US, Philips and Carestream DR/CR, 2 EOS machines, and Sectra PACS.

• Amount of coverage needed per month: full time
• Patients per day: 45,000 imaging exams each year.
• Patient population/age: Peds
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital bed size: (Dallas: 32 beds, but census is 12 (for surgery recovery) drops to about 5 on the weekends. Frisco is strictly 8a-5p ambulatory surgery center.
• Trauma: n/a
• Skills required: Experience with musculoskeletal interventions desired, these will primarily be MSK reads (80%).
