Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: 8/28 (5pm) -9/8 (7am)

· Patients per shift: 18
· Patient population/age: pediatric, neonate
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: pediatric, neonate
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS, PALS, Holmium Laser Certification
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• 24 hour on call
