📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed (providers should be available to start within 4 weeks)
🔹 Assignment Length: 3 months with potential extension
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🔹 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
🔹 Full-time, 40 hours per week
🔹 Travel, lodging, and rental car or mileage provided for eligible assignments
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 2–3 weeks

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient Community Health Center
🔹 Care for newborn through pediatric patients
🔹 See approximately 18 patients per day
🔹 Dedicated medical assistant assigned to each provider
🔹 Collaborative team including pediatricians, mental health therapists, dietitians, and administrative support
🔹 Fast-paced ambulatory practice serving diverse and underserved communities, including migrants and refugees
🔹 Interpreter services available
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 One-week onsite orientation with patient care beginning by day 3

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
🔹 Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license required
🔹 Active Washington DEA required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of experience
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 BLS required
🔹 Clean background with no malpractice history
🔹 COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required
🔹 Comfortable managing a high-volume outpatient pediatric practice
