36 hours per week
Clinic Hours: Monday- Thursday 8-8 pm Friday- 8-4 pm
30% no show rate
chart while with the patients
average is 3-4 patients per hour, 15-30 minute appointments
Some providers can see closer to 6 per hour
See newborns, all ages 0-18

IL License, DEA and BLS required.
