๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ: Varied (Mix of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour inpatient NICU shifts)
๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ:
๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Neonatal (Level III NICU)
๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Acute Care Hospital โ Level III NICU
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: Provide comprehensive inpatient care to neonates; perform neonatal assessments and daily rounds; manage critically ill and premature infants; collaborate with Neonatologists; participate in multidisciplinary rounds; provide family education and counseling; support stabilization and management of high-risk newborns; document in Epic EMR; practice within structured, physician-led team model.
- Required Procedures: Neonatal assessments; inpatient NICU management; stabilization of high-risk newborns
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: Neonatologists, NICU nursing staff, respiratory therapists, multidisciplinary team
- Days Per Month: Full-time (Varied inpatient schedule)
- On-Call/Weekends: Weekends required as part of varied shift rotation; No call
- Level III NICU within a nationally respected health system
- New grads accepted (must be truly board eligible, certified by start date)
- Physician-led, team-based inpatient practice (not autonomous)
