𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲: Physician - Neonatology
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Michigan.
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Varied (Mix of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour inpatient NICU shifts)

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Neonatal (Level III NICU)
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Acute Care Hospital – Level III NICU
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide comprehensive inpatient care to neonates; perform neonatal assessments and daily rounds; manage critically ill and premature infants; collaborate with Neonatologists; participate in multidisciplinary rounds; provide family education and counseling; support stabilization and management of high-risk newborns; document in Epic EMR; practice within structured, physician-led team model.
- Required Procedures: Neonatal assessments; inpatient NICU management; stabilization of high-risk newborns
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: Neonatologists, NICU nursing staff, respiratory therapists, multidisciplinary team
- Days Per Month: Full-time (Varied inpatient schedule)
- On-Call/Weekends: Weekends required as part of varied shift rotation; No call

• Level III NICU within a nationally respected health system
• New grads accepted (must be truly board eligible, certified by start date)
• Physician-led, team-based inpatient practice (not autonomous)
