NPs must have an acute care certification for ages birth to 18 years.
This is typically a PNP-AC or CPNP-AC.
Family care nurse practitioners are eligible as long as they also have their pediatric acute care certification.
Looking for coverage for 5-10 days per month.

Job Details
• 8-bed pediatric unit with an on-site Pediatric ED. ADC is 6.
• The APP will accept and admit patients
• The APP will cross-cover patients on the floor and Hospital at Home as needed
• The APP may provide virtual ED consults to our regional sites.
• The ED team is on the Code Blue and PRRT teams with the APP.
• There is physician back-up available by phone throughout the shift.
• There is a private office space to do your work on the unit and a call room available to you
