This Pediatric NP opportunity offers a rewarding outpatient pediatric setting serving a diverse community population with a collaborative care team and consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday schedule
4x8s weekly
8a–4:30p shifts
3-month assignment with extension potential

Practice Setting
Outpatient community health clinic
Collaborative pediatric care environment
Dedicated medical assistants, behavioral health support, dietitians, and onsite leadership
Fast-paced but team-oriented setting

Patient Population
Newborn through pediatric patients
Community-focused care with underserved and refugee populations
Average daily volume of 15–16 patients
Interpretive services available onsite

Clinical Responsibilities
Routine pediatric evaluations and follow-up care
Preventive care and same-day pediatric visits
Managing higher-volume clinic flow efficiently
Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary support staff

Requirements
Active Washington license required at submission
WA DEA required
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Strong EPIC experience required
Pediatric experience required
Providers must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment
