Assignment Details:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 3 months with possibility to extend
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, 40 hours/week
• Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory community health center
• Case Mix: Newborns through pediatric patients; ~16 patients/day in a fast-paced community health setting serving vulnerable populations
• EMR: Epic (must have experience)

Requirements:
• State License: Washington (active required)
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric NP, active WA DEA
• Must have clean background, no malpractice will be considered
