✅ Qualifications
✔️ Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔️ Current CPR certification
✔️ School nursing, pediatric, or special education experience preferred
✔️ Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
✔️ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
✔️ Excellent communication and documentation abilities
✔️ Ability to work independently in a school environment

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide one-to-one nursing care to assigned students
✔️ Conduct daily health assessments and ongoing monitoring
✔️ Develop, implement, and update individualized healthcare and nursing care plans
✔️ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️ Communicate with parents, guardians, school staff, and special education teams
✔️ Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
✔️ Participate in required trainings, orientations, and compliance activities
✔️ Adhere to FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality standards
✔️ Follow district and site-specific policies and procedures
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being and educational access
