✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔️ Current New York State RN license
✔️ Current BLS certification (or able to recertify)
✔️ At least 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in a facility of similar size or level
✔️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Clean professional record (no license suspensions or liability claims)

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver expert post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
✔️ Monitor vital signs and recovery progress
✔️ Administer medications and manage pain effectively
✔️ Collaborate with surgical and recovery teams for safe patient transitions
✔️ Educate and support patients and families during recovery
✔️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation
