• Schedule: 9/4-9/8
• Call Rotation: Call only; 7a-7a
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Medhost
• Job Details: Local peds practice coverage

Requirements:
• State License: Active NY license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing: 12-14 weeks
