Pediatric Physician needed in Alabama - New Locums Opportunity - Willing to License!

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum call coverage assignment.

Assignment Details:
-Start Date: September 4
-Contract Length: September 4 – September 8
-Schedule: Call only, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
-Call Required

Practice Details:
-Coverage is for newborn deliveries only
-Level I Nursery (no NICU)
-Stabilize newborns requiring a higher level of care until transfer
-No ER coverage
-No OR call back
-No ECMO or advanced ventilator management required
-Admissions are infrequent
-Facility averages approximately 2 newborns per day and 700–800 births annually
-6-bed hospital
-EMR: Medhost

Requirements:
-Board Eligible
-Active Alabama license or IMLC
-DEA required
-ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
