• Case load/PPD: 22-25
• Support staff: 2 MA's
• Patient population: up until 18p
• Location type: On-cite
• Prescriptive authority required: Yes
• Dates needed: Starting ASAP - 3-6 months with potential to extend
• EMR: eCW
