Pediatrician Needed in CA:
Start Date: 3/2/26
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour Call coverage (7a-7a), Coverage need: 6-7 shifts/month
Work details:
· Support staff: 3 scheduled nurses per shift that all have competencies in newborn care and are NRP certified. OB Tech who coordinates discharge for neonate with birth certification registration, hearing screen, newborn screening and pediatric follow up. The unit has 3 Board Certified Lactation Consultants that assist mom with breastfeeding.
· Coverage will include: well newborn exam on delivery; follow-up with any additional needs until discharge; discharge exam; attendance at delivery if requested by MD for neonatal concern and/or transfer to higher level of care if the neonate needs NICU service.

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
