Pediatric Hospitalist, Pediatrics
Job ID: cmv204446003a06jrrfh70edv
Pediatric Medical Documentation AI Expert, Part-Time AI Review - Remote (United States)
Job description
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of clinical AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the pediatric hospital medicine expertise you already have.
The AI systems that are changing clinical work are trained and tested by real medical professionals. The teams building them need pediatric hospitalists who can work through realistic inpatient records, judge whether an AI's clinical claims are supported, describe what the record supports, and explain missing, inconsistent or inaccurate details. Your clinical judgment helps shape how the next generation of AI handles pediatric information. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you'll do
• Review inpatient pediatric records and clinical notes, including histories, assessments and care plans
• Assess model outputs by comparing their clinical claims with the medical record that supports them
• Identify missing or inconsistent documentation, including weight-based dosing errors and age-inappropriate details
• Compare raw medical-record data with structured FHIR data, then provide consistent feedback on clinical accuracy and documentation quality
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $80–$115 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work on AI systems that read pediatric inpatient records, checking model claims against the chart and flagging documentation gaps
• Build practical experience applying pediatric hospitalist judgment to AI clinical review and clear model feedback
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Hold an MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics, with or without Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty certification
• Bring five years of hospitalist experience or more, including pediatric hospitalist work performed currently or during the last two years
• Professional fluency in English and strong knowledge of documentation for pediatric admissions, daily progress notes, transitions of care and discharges
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical-record data, with careful, consistent judgment on clinical accuracy and how complete the documentation is
• Helpful but not required: background in chart review, documentation improvement, utilization review, coding or clinical QA
• No AI experience needed. You bring the pediatric clinical expertise; the work provides structured record-review tasks and clear feedback criteria.
Pay and details
• $80–$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
