Locum Pediatric Provider (Physician or APP)
Greater Atlanta Area | As-Needed Coverage | Competitive Locum Rates

Daffodil Pediatrics is seeking experienced **Locum Pediatric Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)** to provide vacation and PTO coverage throughout our growing pediatric network in the Greater Atlanta Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexible scheduling, supplemental income, or short-term assignments. Coverage needs may range from a single day to as much as two weeks at a time, depending on provider availability and practice needs.

About the Opportunity

Our providers focus on delivering high-quality pediatric care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We are looking for clinicians who enjoy caring for children and families while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule.

Providers may be asked to cover one or more of our locations as needed, including:

* Forest Park
* Tucker
* Decatur
* Chamblee
* Carrollton
* Covington

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from newborn through adolescence
* Perform well-child visits and preventive care services
* Evaluate and manage acute pediatric illnesses and injuries
* Provide ADHD follow-up and medication management
* Review laboratory and diagnostic results as appropriate
* Document encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health record
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications

* MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant licensed in Georgia
* Minimum of three (3) years of pediatric clinical experience
* Experience with well-child visits, ADHD management, and acute care visits
* Current DEA registration (if applicable)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible (Physicians)
* Current BLS certification
* Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Technology Requirements

* Experience with EPIC or a similar Electronic Health Record (EHR) system preferred
* Completion of one (1) day of required EPIC training prior to seeing patients
