This 88-bed acute care hospital provides inpatient and outpatient pediatric services within an established clinical framework. The facility maintains the resources and protocols necessary to support both day shift outpatient care and 24-hour inpatient call coverage, including a nursery service line. Clinical operations are structured on-site to ensure consistent, quality care delivery for the pediatric patient population.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide outpatient pediatric care five days per week, with a four-day schedule available if needed. Inpatient responsibilities include one 24-hour call day per week, plus one weekend call per month. Nursery coverage is required Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every other week, incorporating morning rounding from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and availability for nursery needs throughout the day; this coverage is incorporated into the outpatient schedule.
