About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient pediatric call coverage across a mix of nursery and general pediatrics services, working 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. The clinician is not required to remain on-site while on call and will be accommodated at a hotel near the facility, responding on-site as needed. Attendance at C-sections is required when requested by the OB clinician, and code response is expected within the nursery only; no ICU, critical care, or ER backup duties are required. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system, and current BLS and PALS certifications are required for this assignment.
