This independent, progressive community hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on high-quality patient care. The facility features a Level 1 nursery with approximately 400 births per year and offers the only pediatrics practice within a 20+ mile radius, ensuring strong patient volume and community impact.

Opportunity:
Physician - Pediatrics

Job Details:
• Provide outpatient clinic care in a busy, growing practice
• Round on newborns and attend C-sections as required
• Work with a collaborative team of 4 physicians, 2 full-time CNPs, 2 part-time CNPs, 1 part-time behavioral health CNP, and lactation consultant
• Enjoy a four-day work week schedule
• Take call 1:4 with 20-minute maximum response time to hospital
• Must be within 20 minutes of the hospital when on call
• Single hospital coverage with Level 1 nursery responsibilities
• Handle newborn transports to Nationwide Children's Hospital or Dayton Children's Hospital when necessary
• Participate in community involvement and activities
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years and with plans to test)
• Requires Ohio medical license, DEA, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Hospital covers costs of license, DEA, PALS, and NRP
• New graduates accepted if truly Board Eligible
• No visa or locum candidates accepted
