This medical facility is a Level 3 trauma center with a Level 1 Pediatrics department, featuring a 15-bed unit dedicated to providing quality care to the local community. The facility offers strong provider support and is committed to delivering comprehensive pediatric services to the region.

Opportunity:
Physician - Pediatrics - Call Coverage (Aug. 7th - 9th and Aug. 14th - 16th)

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care with 7 patient encounters per shift in a locum tenens capacity
• Must hold an active Oklahoma medical license - no IMLC accepted
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30 days
• Perform non-invasive ventilation management including neo-puff
• Manage acute newborn ventilation
• Perform newborn intubation (ETT/NT)
• Perform umbilical venous catheterization (UVC) and umbilical arterial catheterization (UAC)
• Perform needle pneumothorax decompression
• Chest tube insertion preferred
• Circumcision experience preferred
• Suturing of minor lacerations preferred
• Nearest airports are Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field
