Pediatrics/Family Medicine Locum Opportunity – Florence, OR

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Approved through January 14, 2027

Coverage Needed: 14–21 days per month

Highlights:

Consistent monthly coverage with 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 AM) focused on newborn deliveries and neonatal admissions only, with an average of just 6–7 births per month and an anticipated callback volume of 1–2 nights per week.
Low-volume inpatient practice averaging one patient per day, working independently with 24/7 tele-neonatology support available. Responsibilities include newborn admissions and neonatal resuscitation utilizing Epic EMR.
Board Certified Pediatricians or Family Medicine physicians are welcome to apply. Oregon license preferred, with consideration given to providers obtaining licensure. NRP certification is required.
