The 6-bed department provides strong support for locum providers and is committed to delivering quality pediatric care to its patients.

Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Pediatrics

Job Details:

• Provide pediatric care in a locum tenens capacity with approximately 3 patient encounters per shift
• Must hold an active Tennessee medical license - no IMLC accepted
• Board certification required; PALS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 10 days
• Manage acute and chronic ventilation for both newborn and pediatric patients
• Perform newborn and pediatric intubation (ETT/NT)
• Proficiency in X-ray and EKG interpretation required
• PA catheter management and exchange transfusion skills required
• Suturing of minor lacerations required
• Circumcision experience required
• Swallow studies required
• Preferred skills include central line placement, arterial lines, UVC, UAC, paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion, and needle decompression
• Assignment start date: August 10, 2026, with ongoing need
