📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (providers should be available to start within 4 weeks of credentialing)
🔹 Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility to extend
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with no call
🔹 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
🔹 Full-time, 40 hours per week
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 2–3 weeks
🔹 Travel, lodging, and rental car or mileage provided

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient community health center
🔹 Care for newborns through age 18
🔹 See up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
🔹 Epic EMR
🔹 Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite Pediatrician support
🔹 Serve diverse and underserved communities, including migrant and refugee populations
🔹 One-week onsite orientation with patient care beginning by day three
🔹 Interpreter services available

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
🔹 Active Washington license required (no licensing available)
🔹 Active Washington DEA required
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 Epic experience required
🔹 Community health experience or interest in caring for vulnerable populations preferred
🔹 Clean malpractice and background history required
🔹 COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required
