•Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month:
Pediatric Hospitalist
24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
Nov. 19 at 7:00 AM–Nov. 23 at 7:00 AM
Dec. 17 at 7:00 AM–Dec. 21 at 7:00 AM
January–August: 4 consecutive call shifts per month, Thursday at 7:00 AM–Monday at 7:00 AM
24-hour call includes nursery rounding.

• Frequency of any Call needed: 24-hour call; 4 consecutive call shifts per month January–August
• Schedule Details: 24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM

• Department Description: Hospital-based
• Patient Volume: Low volume, average of 2
• Patient Age Group: Pediatrics
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Morning nursery rounding, availability for phone calls, responding to emergency deliveries, potential ER consult rounding, neonatal resuscitation, circumcisions, and attending deliveries/C-sections as needed
• Special Equipment Used: Not specified

Requirements:
• Provider type (MD/DO or NP/PA): MD/DO
• Board Certifications Req’d: Board Certified Pediatrician
• Fellowship Req’d: Not specified
• State License(s) Req’d: Wisconsin and Illinois (for call)
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): NRP, PALS
• Specific Skills Req’d: Nursery rounding, emergency deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, circumcisions, ER consults, and attending deliveries/C-sections as needed
