✔️ Graduate (or soon-to-graduate) from an accredited Physical Therapy program
✔️ Active or eligible CA PT license
✔️ Technical skills: manual therapy, rehab protocols, aquatic therapy (optional)
✔️ Soft skills: patient-centered, collaborative, team-oriented

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions: sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain
✔️ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
✔️ Utilize aquatic therapy resources (where available)
✔️ Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols
✔️ Collaborate with support staff to optimize patient care
