PM&R Physician Needed in Anchorage, AK (Willing to license)

Job description

Location: Anchorage, AK
Assignment Length: 34 weeks

Specialty: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Start Date: August 15, 2026
End Date: March 31, 2027

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Unpaid lunch break of 30 to 60 minutes

Coverage Type:
Scheduled clinical hours only

Practice Setting:
Inpatient

Work Details:
One provider needed
Average 15 to 23 patients per day
46 beds in department
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level: 0

Requirements:
Board Certified required
Active Alaska license, IMLC, or Alaska temporary license accepted
DEA required
Fellowship preferred

Additional Information:
Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
