Job description

Position Details
• Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Assignment Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Schedule:
○ 7–10 shifts per month
○ Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
○ Weekend Call: 12-hour shifts (minimal call-back, ~1.5 hours patient contact)

Practice Setting
• Inpatient Acute Care Hospital
• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Yes
• Collaborative care environment
