Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician needed in Illinois!

Job description

Specialty: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Shift Details: 5x8 plus night call
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p or 8a-4:30p (flexible); Wednesday, there is a staff meeting at 7:30a, so we will need to be there for that.

Work Details:
Patients per day: 8-10
Patient population/age: Adult
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: bread and butter inpatient rehab; joint injections, baclofen pumps, etc
Practice Setting: All inpatient rehab units in the hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification in PM&R
State license required: IL license
DEA: Yes
CSR: Yes
ACLS: Yes
