📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Length of Assignment: Ongoing
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm
🔹 Shift Details: Clinic and procedure days
🔹 Call Requirements: None
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital-based pain clinic
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 45–90 days
🔹 Travel & Lodging: Fully overed

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Type: Interventional pain management clinic with procedural services
🔹 Patient Population: Adults (18+)
🔹 Patient Volume: 20–22 clinic patients and 18–20 procedural cases per day
🔹 Support Staff: RN and MA support | 1 physician and 1 APP currently on staff
🔹 Procedures: Trigger point injections (TPI), peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS), radiofrequency ablation (RFA), nerve blocks, and related interventional pain procedures
🔹 Equipment: Ultrasound-guided procedures

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified in Anesthesiology or PM&R
🔹 Active Pennsylvania license required (or willingness to obtain via standard licensing process or IMLC expedited pathway- licensing assistance is available!)
🔹 DEA required
🔹 Interventional pain procedural experience required
