Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician for a locum tenens assignment at an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in beautiful Rhode Island.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

No nights

No weekends

No call

Facility & Program Highlights

28-beds

Short-term, intensive, coordinated multidisciplinary rehabilitation

Average length of stay: 14 days

Patients must qualify for IRF level of care, including:

Close physician monitoring and medical management

24-hour rehab nursing

3 hours of therapy per day, 5 days per week

Requirements

Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Active Rhode Island license (or willing to obtain – licensure support available)

Minimum 6-month commitment preferred

• Ongoing
• No nights, no call, no weekends
• Willing to license
