This rehabilitation hospital is a well-established inpatient facility dedicated to providing comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to the East Texas community. The 49-bed facility offers strong support infrastructure with daytime hospitalist coverage and hospitalists managing all night and weekend call.

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8am-5pm with flexible hours
• Average daily patient volume of 16-20 patients with 20-25 patient encounters per shift
• Daytime hospitalist coverage provided on-site
• Hospitalists manage all night and weekend call - no overnight or weekend call required
• Must hold an active Texas medical license and DEA registration
• Clean background and malpractice history required
• Board certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 45 days
• Multiple airport options available including Tyler Pounds Airport, Dallas Love Field, Shreveport, and DFW
• Several lodging options available in Tyler, TX
