Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services with 32 patient encounters per shift
• Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month is required for consideration
• Active Washington State medical license or IMLC required
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Locum Tenens engagement with an ASAP start date on an ongoing basis
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Nearest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International (SeaTac)
