Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services with 32 patient encounters per shift
• Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month is required for consideration
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required; Washington licensed candidates are highly preferred
• Board certification required (minimum Certified)
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days
• Nearest airport is SeaTac for convenient travel access
