What You’ll Do:
-Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery.
-Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon during procedures.
-Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment.
-Collaborate with a team that respects your autonomy and expertise.

What You’ll Earn:
$300,000–$375,000 based on experience and payment type.

What You Need:
-Active Maryland CRNA license.
-NBCRNA certification.
-Current ACLS.
-A strong work ethic, the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality, and a passion for doing things right.
