Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – San Francisco, CA

Start: September 2026
Assignment Length: 26 Weeks

**Schedule**

* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Full-time (5x8 schedule)
* No call
* No weekends
* No holidays
* Potential opportunity to work in the OR on Wednesdays (6:00 AM start). First assist is **not guaranteed**.

**Practice Setting**

* Academic Medical Center
* Primarily Outpatient Plastic Surgery Clinic

**Position Highlights**

* See up to 16 adult patients per day
* Focus on post-operative Plastic Surgery and Gender-Affirming Care patients
* Bread-and-butter post-op follow-up care
* EMR: Epic

**Requirements**

* Active California License required (facility will not obtain licensure)
* California DEA with Schedule II authorization required
* BLS required
* ACLS preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of Plastic Surgery experience
* Strong surgical clinic experience required
* Epic experience required
* Gender-affirming care experience is a plus

**Credentialing**

* Approximately 60 days
