🏥 Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery APP Opportunity – Boston, MA 🏥

📍 Location: Boston, MA
📅 Start: September 2026
⏳ Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
🏥 Setting: Inpatient Hospital
🕒 Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Monday–Friday coverage
• Typically Wednesday–Friday
• Flexibility to cover Monday/Tuesday as needed
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• No weekends, nights, holidays, or call

Position Highlights:
• Adult patient population
• Average census of 10 patients per day
• Work closely with a collaborative Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team
• Epic EMR

Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and H&Ps
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
• Assess and manage therapeutic interventions
• Develop and implement plans of care while monitoring patient progress

Requirements:
✔ Board-Certified NP or PA
✔ Active Massachusetts License
✔ 1–2 Years of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience preferred
✔ Strong inpatient clinical experience

Credentialing:
📋 Approximately 90+ Days
