Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (Mon–Fri, 6a–6:30p)
• Coverage Pattern: Typically Wed–Fri, with flexibility to cover Mon/Tues as needed
• Nights/Weekends/Holidays: None
• Patient Population: Adult
• Average Census: ~10 patients/day
• EMR: Epic
• Case Mix: Inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery service including H&Ps, orders, medication management, interpretation of labs/diagnostics, prescribing, bedside procedures, and ongoing care planning

Requirements:
• State License: Massachusetts license required
• Experience: 1–2 years in plastic/reconstructive surgery required
• Certifications: Board Certified NP/PA required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90+ days
