Aya Locums is seeking a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery NP/PA for a locum assignment in Eastern Massachusetts.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: September 2026
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Typical Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, with flexibility to cover Monday and Tuesday as needed
• No weekends, holidays, or nights
• Practice Setting: Hospital – Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Patient Volume: Average daily census of 10 patients
• Patient Population: Adult
• EMR: Epic
• Responsibilities: Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery patient management including H&Ps, ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests, medication management and prescribing, bedside procedures as appropriate, therapeutic intervention management, care plan development, and ongoing patient evaluation

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active Massachusetts license required
• Minimum Experience Required: 1–2 years
