Outpatient Plastic Surgery position in Northern California

Job description

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, 5x8/weekly
• Patients per day: up to 16/day
• Patient population/age: adults
• Department description: APP sees mostly post-op patients for general plastic surgery and gender affirming care
• EMR: Epic
• Special procedures: bread and butter post op
• Skills required: must have strong surgical clinic experience
Practice Setting:
• Academic/Training
• Mostly all outpatient clinic, may have options to work inpatient on Wednesdays in OR. First assist is not gauranteed
Requirements:
• Board Certification:
• License required: CA license required, no licensing
• DEA: CA DEA with Schedule 2/2n required
• Certifications preferred: ACLS
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required:
At least 2 yrs exp in plastic surgery
Must have Epic expereicne
Experience with gender affirming care would be a bonus

• full time, 5x8/weekly
• 6 months with the option to extend
