We are seeking a Plastic Surgery NP/PA for an ongoing assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.

Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: Not specified
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM); weekdays only, no nights, weekends, or holidays
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery coverage
• Average census: ~10 adult patients per day
• Responsibilities include H&Ps, ordering/interpreting labs, medication management, and care planning
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with care teams to manage treatment plans and patient outcomes
• Epic EMR
License: Active Massachusetts License Required
Requirements:
• Board Certification required
• 1–2 years of plastic surgery or relevant inpatient experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
Credentialing: 90+ days
