Practice Setting
Hospital-based Plastic Surgery service
269-bed facility
All age groups treated
Approximately 6–8 hours of callback activity per day
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour Plastic Surgery call coverage
Evaluate and manage facial trauma cases
Treat hand injuries and perform hand trauma procedures
Participate in multidisciplinary trauma care
Manage inpatient consults and emergent operative cases as indicated
Collaborate closely with the trauma team and hospital staff
Required Experience

Candidates should have recent experience managing:
Facial trauma
Hand trauma and reconstructive procedures
Acute traumatic injuries in a hospital setting
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Active Arizona license required, or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand
Will consider candidates needing Arizona licensure
DEA required
Minimum of 1 year of post-training experience preferred
Credentialing
Approximately 3-week credentialing timeframe
