Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Plastic Surgeon for a locum assignment in Northern Arizona.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: December 21, 2026
• Contract Length: December 21 (7a) – December 28 (7a)
• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call
• Practice Setting: Hospital (Level I Trauma Center)
• Patients per day: Approximately 6–8 hours of callback daily
• Patient Population: All ages
• Case Mix: Facial trauma, hand surgery, and trauma
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• State License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ in hand, willing to license
• Certifications: BC/BE in Plastic Surgery; DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
