Assignment Details:

Start Date: December 21, 2026
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call
Coverage Dates: Dec 21 (7:00 AM) – Dec 28 (7:00 AM)
Practice Setting: Hospital (Level I Trauma Center)
Hospital Bed Size: 269 beds
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: Cerner

Work Details:

Average callback: 6–8 hours per day
Trauma, face, and hand cases
Must be comfortable with facial, hand, and trauma procedures
Hospital coverage support staff available

Requirements:

State License: Active Arizona license required or IMLC LOQ
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
